Surf Safety Level 1
This 5-day course will prepare you to support your peers emotionally with trauma-informed training and provide world class water safety knowledge and experience. Participants will be certified to volunteer at summer surf therapy events.
Surf Safety Level 2
Prerequisite is Surf Safety Level 1. Successful completion of our summer course will set you up to complete this more advanced course which focuses on safety in cold-water (winter) conditions.
*Registration fees may be covered by education and training grants for some veterans through VAC. Please speak to your case manager to find out if you are eligible.
