NEW Retreat Program for Volunteer Firefighters in Nova Scotia
Initiated by one of our very own participants, Fire & Water is an offering specifically for volunteer firefighters who do not have access to mental health support for service-related trauma. Resurface North is currently developing a partnership with local fire halls to support the cost of retreat attendance for their members through fundraising efforts. *Application process and retreat dates TBD soon! Stay tuned.
Regulating the nervous system
Participants will learn to understand their nervous system responses, practice self-regulation, and utilize the coastal environment to achieve what is known as BLUE MIND.

Our retreats offer respite from the daily grind, allowing time for self-reflection, peaceful meditation, and meaningful connection with others.
